01General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Free 1GB Travel eSIM promotional offer ("Offer") made available to eligible customers of a participating Hubby eSIM travel partner ("you" or "Participant") who receive a promotional code through that partner ("Partner"). By redeeming a promotional code under this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Hubby eSIM's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not redeem your promotional code.
Upon redemption, you enter into a direct service relationship with Hubby To Go B.V. for the provision of data communication services. The Partner through which you received your promotional code acts solely as a distribution partner and bears no liability in connection with the delivery, performance, or use of the eSIM service.
This Offer is open-ended and remains available until withdrawn or modified in accordance with the applicable partnership agreement between Hubby eSIM and the Partner.
02Eligibility
This Offer is available exclusively to customers who have completed a qualifying booking or transaction with a participating Partner. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. One (1) promotional code is issued per traveller per booking. A single booking may include more than one promotional code where multiple travellers are included. Each promotional code is unique, single-use, and may only be redeemed once. Codes cannot be redeemed more than once, shared, or transferred to another person. This Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
03Device Compatibility Requirements
Before redeeming your promotional code, you must ensure that your device meets all of the following requirements:
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible. Not all smartphones support eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before redemption. A full list of supported devices is available at hubbyesim.com/compatible-phones.
- Your device must be carrier-unlocked. Devices locked to a specific carrier are unable to use a third-party eSIM. Contact your carrier to confirm your device's unlock status prior to travel.
- Your device must have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) at the time of eSIM installation.
Hubby eSIM accepts no liability and will not issue replacements or refunds where a promotional code cannot be used due to device incompatibility or a locked device.
04Free Data Allowance & Validity
Each valid promotional code entitles the holder to 1GB of complimentary mobile data. The 1GB allowance becomes active upon first activation, defined as the moment the eSIM establishes its first connection to a local telecommunications network in the destination country. Once activated, the 1GB allowance is valid for 48 hours. Any unused data after this 48-hour window will expire and will not roll over. Any additional data purchased via top-up within the Hubby eSIM app will be valid for 365 days from the date of that purchase and will roll over for the duration of that validity period.
05Redemption
Promotional codes must be redeemed through the Hubby eSIM app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To redeem: open the Hubby eSIM app → go to Account → tap "Got a promo code?" → enter your unique promotional code. Each code may only be redeemed once. Codes that have already been redeemed, expired, or are otherwise invalid cannot be replaced. Data is destination-specific. Once a destination is selected at the time of redemption, the data cannot be transferred to, or used in, any other country.
06No Refunds
The free 1GB data allowance provided under this Offer is complimentary and provided at no charge. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for unused data, data consumed faster than anticipated, data lost due to poor network coverage, or failure to use the Offer prior to travel. In the event of a verified technical fault attributable to Hubby eSIM, our support team will assess the situation and may, at its discretion, provide a replacement code.
07Supported Destinations
This Offer is available for use in all destinations supported by Hubby eSIM, excluding the following countries which are not covered by the Hubby eSIM network:
Afghanistan, Andorra, Angola, Aruba, Belize, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Caribbean (region), Central African Republic, Chad, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Greenland, Grenada, Guam, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Kiribati, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Middle East (region), Monaco, Mongolia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niger, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Saint Barthélemy, Samoa, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Vanuatu, Vatican City, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
08Limitations of Liability
The Partner is a distribution partner only. It has no involvement in the technical delivery, performance, or support of the eSIM service and bears no liability toward you in connection with this Offer.
Mobile data coverage depends on local network availability and roaming agreements. Hubby eSIM does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or full-coverage service in all areas of a destination country.
THE OFFER AND ANY ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUBBY ESIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS OFFER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Hubby eSIM's total liability to you in connection with this Offer shall not exceed the retail value of the promotional code redeemed (which, for a free 1GB code, is €0.00).
09Modifications & Termination
This Offer is made available in accordance with the applicable partnership agreement between Hubby eSIM and the Partner through which you received your promotional code. Any modification, suspension, or termination of this Offer will be carried out in accordance with the terms of that agreement. Such changes will not affect promotional codes already validly redeemed prior to the effective date of any modification or termination.
10Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
